Bio
Evan Ragland is an ex-professional player turned coach. He found his passion for coaching as a basketball instructor at I9 Sports, and joined the Wildcat family in 2019. Prior to his I9 coaching experience, he spent time playing professional basketball overseas in Spain.
Evan has been an integral addition to Trillium’s basketball program. Hired in as the Varsity Player Development Coach, his high basketball IQ and skill set has proven vital in taking our players to the next level. Evan’s entrepreneurial talents also contribute to the program, as he creates athletic gear for the team sporting his HoopMentality logo.
"Basketball is my craft so I take a lot of pride in what I teach. I try to individualize things as much as I can so that each student is learning something that is beneficial to their specific game and from there we bring it all together and help each other grow" says Ragland.
For the 22-23 season he has taken the Head Middle School Basketball coaching role and will be in his 4th season as a Wildcat! |
